Your rights
Deleting
your data
Summary
You may have everything we hold about you deleted. You do not need to give a reason. All you have to do is ask.
How to ask
Any one of these is enough.
1 · By email
Write “delete my data” to [email protected]. Including the phone number or name you used on a form helps us find your record faster.
2 · On Instagram
Send a message to @ibrahimakkaya_bodrum saying “delete my data”. Because the request comes from your own account, we do not ask for further identification.
3 · Remove app access in Instagram
In your Instagram settings you can revoke access for connected tools: Settings → Website permissions / Connected tools. This stops our access to any new messages. To have what is already stored deleted, use route 1 or 2.
What gets deleted
- Name, company, role, phone number and free-text you entered on a form
- Our copy of your Instagram messages and comments (text, username, display name, timestamp)
- Your access and on-site activity records
- Notes and records kept in connection with your request
How long it takes
- Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest; in practice it usually takes a few days.
- We confirm through the same channel once deletion is done.
- Copies in backups fall out of the backup cycle within 90 days.
The one thing we cannot delete
We cannot delete what Instagram stores on its own servers — that is Meta's system. You can delete messages on your side in the Instagram app, and request your account data from the Meta Accounts Centre.
Your other rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may also ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and object to processing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
